We went to a venue like that and it’s funny, all the photos we saw prior was always of the inside/back but never from the street/outside front view. In any event, we ultimately decided not to book because like yours, the parking was atrocious (street parking on a busy street – needed valet + security per the venue). In addition, the front is hard to spot without any visible signage. Lastly, we were a little concerned that people would feel uncomfortable leaving late at night from this venue or that they would be concerned about their cars. I don’t know if this is a possibility for you but some people at this venue had their guests bussed in from a different area of town.

If your budget would tolerate it the expense, you coulod hire a shuttle to bring the guests to the wedding and shuttle them back to a specified point.

Mine was two steps from the ghetto, but there was plenty of parking. We booked it anyway because there was no better venue in the area for what I was looking for in my price range!
