@hopefloats:  I LOVE them. I don’t eat a lot of meat, so for 6 oz of yogurt I get 0 g fat and 14 g of protein! They’re very filling. They aren’t empty calories (well there is some sugar, but the protein is what sells me!) and they are delicious. I only eat Chobani, and I love the blueberry, peach, and strawberry.

@hopefloats:  Yes, EXCEPT the sugar content, need to watch that.

Yes watch the sugar content, but Greek yogurt does have a lot less sugar then the other yogurts available. I love it.

I love love love them… Try the Yoplait Coconut!  Yum!  They are very filling and I’m sure what ever “sugar” is in there is still better than say chocolate or candies.

Real Greek yogurt, yes, especially plain or with the honey on the side (like Fage does), but the many mass produced ones (Yoplait for example) and the ones with sugary stuff in contact with the yogurt in the packaging, no.

Yoplait and many other “Greek-style” yogurts are not actually Greek yogurt. instead of using traditional Greek methods, the producers add enzymes and starches to thicken the yogurt and then add cultures after the fact, most of which die from the sugars in the fruit or sweateners added to the yogurt.

I love Greek yogurt like Fage, but I had to stop eating it because it made my chin breakout.

When I first tried greek yogurt, I thought it tasted too bland.  Now that I’ve gotten used to greek yogurt, I can’t eat normal yogurt.  It just seems overly sweet now!  My absolute favorite is Fage with honey.

Fage is AWESOME!!!  it’s so thick and creamy.  I eat the plain full-fat kind (it’s good fat!).  it takes some getting used to the flavor but now I actually crave it.

I need to check back here later.  I’ve tried greek yogurt once, it was pretty good, but I can’t remember what brand it was.  I’ll keep watching and try out the winning brand 🙂

@Penelopeee:  I actually prefer the plain Fage too. Sometimes I’ll add in berries in. Nommm.
