pesto is awesome, that’s probably my favorite ‘green’ food. along with cucumbers.

Seriously, you can put food coloring (green) into mashed potatoes if you wanted to to make them green!  I did a quick search on Pinterest and found a whole lot of stuff there, too.

I know this sounds gross, but I’ve eaten a very delicious spinach cake. It ends up bring bright green in color. Wish I could find the recipe for you. I know it’s online. I highly recommend it!

Green veggies (broccoli/celery/green peppers are always good) with green goddess dressing/dip

Pistachio or mint chocolate chip ice cream

Guacamole is delicious but make sure you put a lot of lime juice in it so it doesn’t turn brown.
