My bridesmaids purchased their dresses from http://www.perfectbridal.com at amazing prices (all for under $200)!  I confirmed with Dessy that they are an authorized retailer before we proceeded with purchasing through them.  I still have one more bridesmaid who needs to order her dress so I can’t tell you about the full experience but I’ve had LOTS of questions throughout the process (2 bridesmaids in different states and one overseas) and they’ve been super quick and helpful with all my questions so far.  Most importantly, the pricing..  The same exact dresses would have cost almost $80 more at local bridal shops and those shops would have charged sales tax on top of that cost.  Perfect Bridal said they only charge sales tax to dresses shipped within California.  My girls in the states went to bridal stores near them to try on the dresses they liked and ordered those dresses from Perfect Bridal.  The original plan was for each girl to purchase their dress from their local bridal shop for convenience but we ended up finding out about Perfect Bridal right before they purchased their dresses and with my bridesmaids spread out and the pricing, we decided to go that route.

Or does the shop that the bride purchased her dress at offer discounts for bridesmaids?  The boutique that I ordered my dress from offered 15% discounts for my bridesmaids.  We totally would have purchased from them if we hadn’t found this online option.

Azazie.com has a wide range of dresses that are very affordable.  They even offer custom measurements. My girls love their dresses!

collinsbee:

only $189? Lol that’s almost double the budget she said. I second the Target options.. I actually have one of their chiffon knee length dresses and it’s really cute. I actually use it for regular events, because it doesn’t scream bridesmaid!

shorebride105:  check out azazie. ..they’re a newer company located in cali. Thus is where my maids are purchasing theirs. Everytime I’ve had a question they replied that day or next mornung. I also just ordered swatches and love the fabric and colors. They also let you order sample dresses for $10 each to see how their made and try on…they have Tom’s of knee length darker grey chiffon dresses at $99 for you to choose from…here are some examples.

we went to David’s bridal and found dresses for 135.  Not sure about maternity though. It might be easier to go and try on dresses if that is an option.  That way you can eliminate the ugly ones.  Also, any wedding place will only allow eschangrs if that so ask about the return policy before you purchase them.

Dessy brand is gorgeous.  You can do what I did for the best price:

1) search Weddington Way for the dresses you like, and often they have reviews and pics of real brides.

2) Write down your favorite style #s and call locals salons; have your BMs try them on in the local salon.

3) Buy them online at Weddington Way, Netbride or ChiChiStyles.  All have great reviews and include tax and just a bit to ship them to one address!
