The bridesmaids dresses are going to be midnight blue, like so:
I feel as if the black will clash with such a dark blue. I was thinking the groomsmen will have gray, like this:
So I have a lot of options. First, what color should the vest of the groomsmen be? Gray or midnight blue? The tie will be midnight blue.
Second, should the groom wear a black tux? If so, what color of vest should he have and what color tie should he have?
If not black, he’d be wearing the same tux as the groomsmen, but what color should the tie and vest be?
Thank you so much! I know there are a lot of questions but I really am a mess over this!

I would put all the men in black tuxes, with midnight blue ties/vests.
Then for the groom, I would put him in a black tux with a white tie and white vest!

@caseytykia: What time of day is the wedding?
In the picture, the dresses look more like royal blue to me, honestly. Anyway, names aside, if the colour in your picture is true, neither will be a problem next to the dresses.
Midnight blue is the darkest possible blue, and looks fine next to black. Case in point, it is an acceptable colour for Tuxedos, and for evening tailcoats. So, if they are truly midnight blue, they will still go with either black, or grey just fine.
I don’t think you need to worry so much about the dresses next to the men; the clothes are on different people, so you don’t have to be as stringent in the colour combinations.
You and your Fiance should also give this site a read; pretty much everything you ever wanted to know about men’s forrmalwear:

@caseytykia: I finally convinced my Fiance to wear charcoal gray. I think spring weddings are perfect for spring! I do love the idea of having the groom in a different color tho! I suggested that to my Fiance bur he wasn’t a fan lol

The Grey picture is my inspiration pic!! Those are my exact colors! LOL So yeah, I’m all for the Grey hehe I’ve also been a little torn on distinguishing the groom; white vest is always a good way to go. If you do the black tux he could wear a silver vest?

Black for groomsmen, grey for groom.

If your wedding s at night id go with black but for a daytime I like grey..we did grey& a peachy color for our wedding& got so many complements on the non sameness as everyone elses…the pop of the darker blue would look lovely& id have the same color vest&tie. Just pay attention to the undertone in the grey.

That’s not midnight blue, whatever the dress company says. It’s barely on the threshold of navy. Even if it was midnight blue, it wouldn’t clash with black. It’s very common for midnight blue tuxedos to have black lapel facings, like in this example. If your wedding is a late afternoon/evening wedding, I would absolutely go with classic black tuxedos for everyone. If your wedding is a daytime wedding, I would consider navy or charcoal suits rather than the abomination that is the grey “tuxedo”.

@caseytykia: I love the silvery gray in the picture! I think that will look much better than black with the blue bridesmaid dresses.
