I’m doing a photoshoot (not boudoir, more of a rock and roll/fashion thing) and getting a book made for him.

@Hotchild – Great Idea!!

For his birthday I made him a personalized cookbook/Taste Book from http://www.TasteBook.com with a bunch of our favorite recipes and a bunch of recipes from our favorite chefs… they have a TON to choose from.  The Mister LOVED it… I was even able to make a dedication page.

I thought about finding some art for our house that I could give him.  I have been searching Etsy and have had some ideas.

I am looking for something cost effective, useful and special all at once.  It’s tough!!

@champagnewishes: Thanks!  I’m not on board with the boudoir shoot and I wasn’t really sure what to do.  Fiance always says he was first attracted to me because I was such a badass (hehe) so I’m doing a sexy/edgy photoshoot thing in clothes I would never be able to wear in everyday life LoL

@HotChild – It’s just so cool!  I could never do boudoir shoot but something like that is still sexy and more fun!  You get to be a rock star for a day, too!!

We had an AWESOME honeymoon 🙂 Tongue out

Haha, but as for an actual gift..I didn’t get him one! I think a boudoir shoot would be an awesome idea!

I originally said I was going to do the boudoir session.  But I’m second guessing myself.  Now I’m can’t figure out if he’d rather have a new computer… I’m pretty sure he would!  I have to somehow get one of his friends to help me figure it out.

I’m getting my guy a recliner for when he moves in to my house from his apartment that he shares with his cousin.  He always brags on how much he loves the recliner his cousin has in their living room, so I thought it would be nice for him to have one at his new home. Smile

I got my Fiance a replica of William Wallace’s sword (from Braveheart).
As my husband he is my protector and the one who fights for me/ my knight in shining armor and all that 😉
Also, his name means sword. (he doesn’t know that lol).

I am going to write him a note with it too 🙂

@dancer and champagne: I’m doing the shoot in two weeks, so I’ll definitely post pictures ;o)  I’ve got like 1/2 of my outfits picked out (I’m wearing two)…I just have to pick up some more stuff.

Great topic!

@hotchildinthecity that is an awesome idea!

My man stated that he didn’t want me to do a boudoir session, so that idea is out. And, like others have suggested, if he wants something, he goes out and buys it.

He is very much in to video games and other “brain teaser” games so I am going to get these “functional” cufflinks to keep him busy:

http://www.cufflinks.com/mechanical-maze-cufflinks.html

Also, he ALWAYS wears a baseball cap, so for the reception I will order a him a hat that says “GROOM” on it.
