I know this topic has been hashed and rehashed countless times (I think I just spent 2 hrs reading old posts lol) but I want to bring it to the surface again in case there is someone out there that hasn’t commented and I missed some valuable input!
What did you get your groom for his gift? I’m a total loss… Fiance doesn’t wear cufflinks and has no use for a money clip or watch (already owns them). These seem to be common suggestions.
What did you and Fiance get the groomsmen for their gift? We don’t really want to go to the flask/beer stein/cufflink/etc. route… something unique. Most of our groomsmen have been in a ton of weddings and have already received a lot of this stuff.

This is what we’re getting our GMs… Saw it here in Germany and thought it was the coolest thing ever 🙂 A USB stick/bottle opener combo to put on their key ring…
They don’t have many on amazon, but I checked ebay and a seller has them on there:
And then we’ll find something else too… not sure what yet though.

My Fiance is giving his friends whatever they like. So 3 of them like golf, so he’s giving them ProV1 golf balls. Or whatever type of golf ball they prefer.. I dunno. And I have no clue what he’s getting the other ones. Though, it will probably be alcohol related if he can afford it, haha!

My finance and I agreed to not give gets since money was so tight towards the wedding, but I couldn’t resist. I bought him a very thoughtful card and wrote him a heartfelt message. I also bought him a new cologne. He loved it!

SO and I made an agreement not to buy gifts for each other until the honeymoon because money is really tight, so we each picked out a special present (under $10 each) for each other at Disney Land instead. It was really fun! We did give one another cards with love letters in them on our wedding day.
As for the groomsmen, we got them harmonicas with their names engraved on them because each of the guys had been in a band with my SO when they were younger. They really enjoyed the thoughtfulness of the gifts!
Try choosing something that would mean something to each of the guys; they don’t all have to be the same gift, either. For instance, if one of the guys met the groom in college, give him a gift from their alma mater, etc. As long as all the gifts are around the same price point, you can certainly change it up a bit!

Im not sure on what your budget is.. but I’m getting my Fiance either a nice watch that he’s been eyeing up or a barbeque grill … totaly two different ideas but those are my choice. … With the groomsmen gift, my Fiance is thinking about getting them bobbleheads of themselves … but not 100% sure on that one, since they are a bit pricey…… We like more thoughtful gifts than those normal “gifts” that are on wedding sites that no one ever uses and puts it in a drawer to collect dust.

Oh, I didn’t realize you asked about grooms as well. I’m not getting him anything. I don’t think he even knows it’s customary to give gifts to each other. I think it’s kind of weird actually. So no gifts for us… we gave each other the gift of a honeymoon 🙂

Not sure where you’re located, but this is what we are doing for our guys getting a different one based on interests!
As for my groom…I know what I want to get for him, and am having a heluva time finding someone that does it, but I’m looking to get a new family crest made sort of as a new symbol for the beginning of our new family….corny, I know but he is really into that kind of thing!

We are gettin the guys coolers because every guy uses those and then im getting some pictures done for him and giving them to him the night before the wedding or maybe the day of 🙂

I’m gettting my Fiance a family crest marriage plaque. He doesn’t even know his family has a family crest. He’s going to freak out. It’s got my family crest and his side by side with our marriage date in the middle.

We gave the groomsmen:
*yellow patterned tie for the wedding
*yellow argyle socks for the wedding
*Swiss Legend watches with yellow/black faces from a really awesome website that sells designer watches at extreme discount prices. (PM me if you’re interested in knowing where!)
J and I did not exchange gifts, but we did get him his own plain yellow-faced watch and yellow argyle socks. That way he could be spiffy like his groomsmen.

For the groomsmen, we’re not 100% sure but we’re thinking either nice leather wallets or these watches we saw that have hidden USB sticks in them.
For my hubby to be, I want to get two things. His grandma helped raise him and she will not be able to attend our wedding due to medical issues. I am getting him a little charm with her picture on it to pin inside his suit jacket on the wedding day so she will be with him in a way. I want to get him something else as well, not sure what. He’s really into photograhy so maybe a new camera bag or lens.
