I’m getting him a grooms cake – it will be a surprise – and it will be a lobster 🙂

Because he loves lobster and eats so much of it in the summer that he could turn into one. LOL

I’m getting him one of his car at a race. He drag races his car all the time and I have a good picture of him at the tree that he loves so I’m getting it to look like the picture.

I’m thinking about getting him one, but for our rehearsal dinner since we aren’t having cake at the wedding (just cheesecake and pie!). If I decide to do it, it’s going to be sports themed and have a jerseys from the Miami Heat (basketball), Seattle Seahawks (football), NC University (College basketball) and Seattle Mariners (baseball) because those are his favorite teams!

We’re having a TARDIS made- we both love the show and the first time we spent time together alone (ish) was to watch Dr. Who on my laptop. We’re both excited for it.

I’m surprising my Fiance with one and it’ll either be a 3D model of his truck or his travel trailer! He loves his truck and his trailer is his hobby that he works on and he loves taking it tailgating. He knows I’m doing it but has no remote idea of what I have in mind! It’ll be a traditional chocolate cake. I’m so excited! Here’s an inspiration picture of the trailer idea 🙂

Just think about the things that your Fiance loves, his hobbies, favorite teams, favorite drink, an inside joke, etc and believe it can be made into a cake. You can google different cakes and then pull up the images, that’s where I found this pic.

Most definitely! I am thinking of having either the logo of his favorite hockey team, or the logo of the radio show he is on. But I’ve also seen a tractor for a farm boy, a Wheaties box with a groom’s favorite player on it, a soccer ball with the team logo and names of all the players, and an iPhone.

We served Key lime pie instead of cake. But when we told his grandmother there would be no wedding cake, she almost fell out of her chair. (She’s very traditional, and she LOVES cake.) So instead of a groom’s cake, we had a “grandma’s cake.” It didn’t have a particular theme, just a pretty cake I knew she would like.

Well, our dog, Maggie, managed to steal a bite during the reception! LOL So now we refer to it as “Maggie’s cake.” I love to share the photo.Cool

I told him he can choose his groom’s cake. I’m almost certain he’ll have his mom make him a red velvet cake. They are really cute and amazingly delicious! If not we’re going to have ice cream 🙂
