Was it 10K, 18K? That can make a difference. I don’t know what the “norm” is but we got my SO a 18K band and had them put a small diamond in it. At the end of the day it ran us $1800. I’m sure you could find something cheaper if you shop around. We did and he just didn’t love any other styles so we took the hit. Where have you looked so far?

We paid about $200 for FI’s 14k plain white gold 6mm band.  But we got a great deal from his coworker’s aunt so I’m no help to you lol.  You should definitely shop around.  We went to a Zales Outlet store and saw his same band on sale for $350.. so you can definitely find it cheaper.  Is he dead set on 18K?  Maybe if you got 14k?  That will definitely bring down the price. Good luck!

Thanks!!! My husband originally wanted two toned, he wanted the hammered part to be yellow gold but that was CRAZy expensive!  its hammered with milgrain along the edge of the hammered middle… my husband LOVES his band!  It looks really good on, fun and masculine

we got it at a local jewelr, they were so wonderful to work with, even gave us a discount 🙂  Im sure it can be ordered, just take a picture with you or decibe it… make sure you check out a lot of places, i think some local ones can really be the best, they want to work with you and we love to support our local businesses!

I absolutely love this ring…. BUT

The creator send me this e-mail….
The ring you enquired about is set with 2 natural vivid yellow marquise diamonds, an extremely rare, matching and beautiful set.

The centre diamond is a ¾ carat diamond, the total price is $ 8800. We have loved creating that ring and we have gone to special lengths to match the side diamonds so beautifully.

We love for it to go to a beautiful home. You sound absolutely lovely. Please give us a call if you like.

**** I sound “absolutely lovely”? Because you said that I am to be flattered? No matter what you say, I am not paying $8800 for a ring, especially since my e-ring only cost $89****

@happyface:   this may make you feel better about it….That ring will have a lot of problems I am sure!  I bet the stone will fall out a few times!  I have a friend whos husband has a ring like that, they have been married 3 years and have already had to replace his stone twice…..
