My partner has a couple of rings, both purchased by me.   One he already wears, a tungsten band engraved in Gallifreyan with the Doctor’s name:

The other he will get when we exchange rings during our commitment ceremony.   It’s a titanium and zirconium mokume gane band.

DH’s band I found on Ebay. It’s a 14k solid white gold comfort fit thick (2mm), 5mm or 6mm wide simple band with no engraving per his request. I bought it (and my own band too), just because I’m a better shopper. 🙂

Tagging to follow! This is fun. We’re in the process of choosing wedding bands. 🙂

Edit: I’m buying his and he’s buying mine! Our amazing jeweler also happens to be FI’s uncle who has his own shop so we will be buying from him.

Tanga.com  it is a tungsten ring (so you can’t resize).  It only cost like $14.00 I think but he loved it and wanted tungsten rather than gold.  Love it!

We just ordered FI’s ring this week! We went to a shop that sells online but also has a London showroom so Fiance could try it on in person. It’s a 5mm band in palladium:

I’m just thrilled that he wants a ring at all! He wasn’t sure until we went shopping and then decided he would have one. I bought it for him 🙂

@Polyphemus:  I love that wedding band!! Where did you get it? My Fiance has a band that he wears now but I have been looking for the perfect wedding band for when we exchange rings and that ring would be perfect!

My Darling Husband is on his 5th wedding band *sigh* I bought his original from Zales for $300 and then he lost it after we were married and then we replaced it with the same ring from Zales….and he lost it again! So I got smart and started looking on Ebay and found a ring that looked really simular to his original for $12….well he has gone through a couple of those…so that store is saved on my favorites…haha. Zales ring is the above pic….Ebay ring is the below pic (Don’t pay attention to my set below, that’s my old I2 diamond that I later upgraded)

My husband has two. One plain gold band he wears everyday, and a Neil Lane ring I custom ordered him. Obviously, the Neil Lane is my favorite, but he uses his hands a lot, and I didnt want him ruining it, so he wears it for special occasions and nights out.

My husband wanted one that was steel and had a “naturey” element to it.  I found this cool Damascus steel one from Stonebrook Jewelry on Etsy.  They twist steel and iron together to form this wood grain pattern.
