I am getting married in September and cannot decide how to dress the groomsmen. I am using coral, light turquoise (more aqua-ish), navy, and cream. My dilemma is whether to put them in:
a) khaki pants, a navy shirt, possible suspenders, and a tie that coordinates with my bridesmaid dresses (coral and light turquoise)
b) navy pants, cream shirt, navy and coral tie
b) a navy suit
c) a gray suit
Then, does my groom wear a gray or a navy suit?
I can sort of envison all of these looks…but I need more opinions! Help me out! 🙂
The wedding will be a “romantic/rustic” theme, outdoors.
Answer the poll, or feel free to write me a response! I would love a lot of feedback.

AmyYvonne: Nice colors! The navy suit would be my choice for groomsmen & Fiance. But I would have them in white shirts with either navy/aqua tie or navy/coral . And I would have Fiance in navy suit with white shirt & white tie so he stands out – and have his bout different too. At reception I would have the guys remove their jackets and have colored suspenders (and socks!)

@AmyYvonne: How formal is the ceremony, and the other attire, over all? Generally, I would not start dressing men in torquoise and coral, to be honest. Dress them well, dress them in a way that looks good with your whole wedding, but don’t make them into accessories. Navy suits is a great way to go, and they either already have one, or need one.

@AmyYvonne: Those are my colors, as well, and I’m putting my guys in charcoal grey with navy gingham ties. I would have put them in navy suits, but for some reason, Fiance is completely against it. He’s colorblind, so I’m not sure what he sees when I show him navy, but he doesn’t like it! haha
