Shop for them like it is a birthday gift. New gaming controller, strategy book, etc. Check out ThinkGeek (http://www.thinkgeek.com/) you can get a Death Star Waffle Maker or a Portal tie or all sorts of clever, useful things.

Thank you for asking this question, OP!  I am wondering the very same thing for my Fiance… looking forward to seeing all the answers to this question, as we will be buying our groomsmen and bridesmaid gifts this week!

I just read that a perfect grooms gift is a really nice weekend bag. Maybe you can get it monogrammed if it’s not leather an don’t travel size shave cream and other manly essentials in it.

https://www.lootcrate.com/ could be fun!  It isn’t custom other than t-shirt size, but it’s the gift that keeps on giving…you could either get them one month worth, or sign them up for a few months.  It’s so exciting bcause you have an idea of what is coming based on the theme, but the actual content is a surprise

ericapalmieri:  We shopped for them like it was their birthdays basically. Various things based on individual interests:

An engraved compass

A tabletop greenhouse thing with carnivorous plants

A messanger bag with a Batman logo

We also got each a custom tie from Cyberoptix”>Cyberoptix on etsy. Each print was different based on interest but the color was all the same so it looked uniform in group pictures.

My hubby has a Tori Richard shirt with a bunch of math stuff on it (I’m not good at math and have no idea what the equations are)…. But he’s an engineer, kinda geek-y, and the shirt was a hit at his office.

If you know what games they’re into, I’ve gotten some really awesome, game specific stuff off Etsy.

ericapalmieri:  No problem! It’s what I’d want if I played video games 😛
