I really want to be there to pick out the grooms/men tux. However, my fiance thinks it’s strange and that it should be just the guys. I sort of agree but I don’t trust that they’ll pick something that I like. I really hate when I see pretty brides and bridesmaids and a tacky suit.
I’m going to admit that my fiance is an okay dresser but all of his clothes I have bought for christmas or I’ve been with him. As for his men…none of them are stylist except for the best man. And his style is a little flashy which is nothing like my fiance.
I’m sorry if any of this makes me sound crazy, I think I’m just worried I won’t like what they pick. Have any of you ladies gone with the men??

I went with my Darling Husband and picked out tux styles. Then Darling Husband got to go with his groomsmen. Believe me, those guys didn’t want to pick out tuxes at all. They literally were trying to get sized and get out of there and grab beers as quickly as possible.

I will definitely be there when my Fiance and the GMs choose their tuxes. Its not that they don’t have a sense of style, but I want them to match my vision for the wedding. None of them thought it was weird, they all kind of expected it when I told them that I would be choosing their tuxes.

Well, I’ll be going with Fiance to pick out tuxes (he’s excited to dress up for me, lol). He’s also colorblind so I need to make sure the coordinating vest, tie, etc. will match with my BMs. His GMs are scattered all over the place so once we make our decisions, he’ll pass along the required info to his guys. I guess ultimately we won’t see them until the day of the wedding. Hopefully, he won’t have any troubles getting them to order and alter on time.

Okay I knew I wasn’t crazy. I think that’s a good idea that him and I can go together and get a sense and kind of do some pricing. Then they can go together later and hang out and stuff. I feel a lot better with that.
I agree that they may pick something nice but it won’t go with my vision. Thanks a lot ladies!
