- Wedding: June 2012
I have been part of a sports team for about 3 years now. It is a group for adults. After college, I did not really stay in touch with any friends due to a lot of sorority drama my senior year, so these ladies that I have trained and competed with for the past 3 years have become my core group of friends.
The thing is, some of the ladies that now work out with us have been with us less than a year and I don’t know them as well. There is a group of about 6 that I have known for a long time, but the other 4 or 5 I have spent little time with.
I can’t imagine not inviting the teammates I know well to my wedding, but we don’t have the guest list space for everyone. How can I do this? I’m sure people run into similar situations with co-workers (not being able to invite the whole office, but you want to invite a few). I worry a lot about people’s feelings. How have some of you handled situations like this?
