how does everyone keep track of their guests and addresses? I’d eventually like to have everyone from both sides of the families and friends in one place? I’m thinking like excell or something but I am not good enough at computers to make one, I thought I saw a blog post on this not to long ago but I cant find it!

I use excel and have columns for first name, last name, address, etc. I can send you a template if you PM me your email address. If you use Outlook, you can also input all the addresses in there and export it to a CSV file (basically an excel file, separated by field already)

I used excel as well, I had columns for the names, how many people attending and how many people invited, their first names (when I thought we were doing an inner envelope) and their address. At the bottom of it it added up how many people were invited and how many accepted.

I have it the old fashioned way – in my wedding notebook. I have all the addresses so they are easily accessible for my save-the-dates, invitations, Rehearsal Dinner invites, to give to my sis for the shower, and thank you notes. Plus I dont’ have a laptop so it beats sitting at the computer desk trying to write neatly!
