I love the madlibs idea, and would go with either of those 2!  The guestbooks I’ve seen with these have been SO fun and i’m sure it would be a hoot to go back and read them again!  Have you thought about a polaroid to put a photo of your guests on their madlibs pages?  That could be fun too!

I like the madlib idea.  People can have a lot of fun with those.  I have seen some variations that the story include advice to give the bride and groom and that can be quite comical.

The thumbprint guestbooks are quite popular too and that can be used as artwork in your home.

@muzikfreek13: So, my husband and I did a photo guestbook at our wedding.  We bought one of the fujifilm instax polaroid cameras and the guestbooks with slots for the photos.  We had some of my cousins stationed at the guestbook table, taking photos of our guests (mostly in groups, by party or so), and inserting the photos in each page. The guests were then able to write a note for us on each page. It worked out pretty smoothly for us!

This all being said, I imagine it’d be easy enough for you to get the same guestbooks, and print your madlibs pages and stick them on each page in preparation for photos to be added in.  I hope this makes sense!

Here’s a couple links/photos to what we used:

From our wedding!  As you can see, lots of space for stuff to be written, so I imagine it’d be easy for you to do so!
