I am sorry you are having this problem! Most of the Etsy sellers are great. It could be she is just backed up. Most Etsy sellers are 1 person operations working off of their kitchen tables, so she might have had several orders come in at once, you never know. I hope she replies to your comment. I would say if you do not receive your product or a reply by day 44, go ahead and file your claim with PayPal.

Ugh! I feel you on this. I ordered a pretty expensive fabric and feather bouquet off Etsy and still haven’t received it. Oh, and my wedding is in two weeks.

It was supposed to be shipped Feb. 21, which turned out to be a holiday so I gave her a pass on that day. A week goes by and she says nothing to me so finally I send her a message and she sends one back saying the feathers came in in the wrong color she’ll ship it out Friday. By the way, at the beginning of February she said it was still on time to be shipped the 21st. Friday rolls around nothing from her and no shipping status change. So Saturday I filed a non-delivery report, she got pissed, we worked it out and she said she’d send it Monday. Finally on Tuesday I see the status had changed to shipped so I dropped the non-delivery case. Oh, and she was supposed to send pictures before shipping, but didn’t. It’s been about two weeks since then and she sent me a message Friday asking if I had received it yet, if I like it, and she forgot to take pictures before sending it. I wrote her back telling her I don’t have the damn thing last night. No response yet.

I’m past the 45 days on the first half on the transaction and getting close on the second. Actually, I went to Hobby Lobby (because I’m stressing) bought some really nice Real Touch flowers, arranged them, and wrapped them in a sash that came with my dress. I like it better than the one I’m waiting on, but I’m ready to beat this lady for not doing what she said. Give me the goods or give me my money back! Yell

I personally think you should file with PayPal and look somewhere else for a new book.

Did you let her know in your email that you would be filing a claim, if she couldn’t provide you with a tracking number by a certain date? If you didn’t specify a date, I would send her one more email and let her no that if you don’t receive a tracking number by close of business Thursday, you will be filing a claim, and then unfortunately you will have to find another alternative to your guest book, if she doesn’t provide one for you.
