For your Destination Wedding did you use a guest book or are you planning to? I have about 30 guests so I am not sure if I should have one

I’m having less than 40 people so I don’t think I’m doing one. I’ll know everyone that attended anyways.
We are trying to maybe think of something less conventional then the book….
I am going to do a scrapbook for our guest book. I will make it up before we go with a page for each couple to sign on. We are going to have the photog take picks of each couple with us. Once we get our pics back, I will add them to the book.
We went to Destination Wedding with 30 people. The majority were family members. They still had a guest book. It was a simple coffee table book of their engagement photos and we just signed in the margins. Maybe you can do the “words of wisdom” or “wedding wishes” card boxes/cards? That would be cute and easy to transport.
We were also thinking of doing a photo book!! We actually have some already made because we love photos we could probably actually use one of those!! I will covince Fiance to make a new one maybe lol
We did postcards. I tracked down vintage postcards of our location and we had guests write well wishes on the backs. We are going to frame them with a wedding photo but what I love about it is that we can turn some of the cards to have the picture showing and others to have the well wishes and we can change it up by reversing the sides whenever we like or get bored with it!
It also allowed guests to fill it in at their own pace at their seats rather than at a seperate table with a time limit because others are waiting!
Buying your lovely guest book with a pen is necessary in your wedding day, as a saying goes, “The palest ink is better than the best memory”.
We are using a photobook of our engagement photos that we made on Shutterfly for our Destination Wedding guestbook.
