Just curious as to how many people you are inviting to the wedding compared to how many you think will actually show??
So far we are inviting 140 but that’s including 15 kids and at least 12 of the adults are definite nos but we still have to invite them anyways! Our venue requires we have 120 adults at 85 a person so doesn’t look like we will be meeting that but we can add on extras if we don’t like a chocolate fountain ect.. I’d love to invite morepeople but I’m scared the people I think are definite nos might end up going and I can’t afford much more than the 120 adults! Guess this I where the B list comes in to play???

We invited about 190 guests and ended up with 120 people at the wedding. I think more people would have come but it was 6 months after my SILs wedding which everyone traveled for, it was the dead of winter and middle of the school year.
I would def make a B list and as the reply’s come in send one invite for every no you get in the mail. Sounds like you have a good backup plan though if you can’t meet the 120 people – sounds like a lot of extra fun little things for your reception! win win either way right?

I’m only inviting 28, so I’m hoping all of them will show but I’m guessing that we’ll probably be missing at least two.
