Its fate!

honestly I was going to suggest pushing back with the limit, or instruct them to change their advertising materials immediately. I’m so glad it all worked out for you!

Wow, this venue sounds really disoranized!  If you stick with them, I recommend getting everything explicitly clarified in writing, given the way they’re giving you the runaround and different answers.

teamroro :  Glad it will all work out! I just visited Lake Louise in September and it is BEAUTIFUL!! Trust me, if we hadn’t already put down a sizeable amount of cash for our venue, my finance would have definitely switched it to a destination wedding there!

Autumn, an idea: you could also check with your coordinator if you are able to move back to your original room in case fewer people RSVP yes… In that case, you’d have the best of both worlds… 🙂

BrideK2Wings :  im not saying that they should be forced to stand. I’m saying that you don’t need to sit them at the actual banquet tables. In fact, oftentimes vendors PREFER not to sit at the guest tables and would rather step outside or go to the kitchen or elsewhere on the property to eat as it gives them a true break away from guests. At my wedding, our vendors went to sit outside by the fire pit because they actually wanted to do that rather than sit at a guest table.
