Personally I would pick your two couple friends and skip the managers.

Between group A and group B, who do you think will be more fun wedding guests?  🙂  

My gut reaction right now is invite the work people.  I say that, because it doesn’t sound like you will have much of a relationship with either group (assuming you’d leave your current job) so that’s why I asked the question about who would be more fun 🙂

I would definitely go with your second cousin and her husband because you’re family and you went to her wedding.

I go by if I don’t hang out with them out of work and I don’t see us being friends in 10 years, then they’re not invited.

@jymdrw:  I would cut Lauren and Jeremy.  Then if you cut any of the managers, I’d cut them all, the only exception being Tierra because you are friends outside of work.

@jymdrw:  at least with the work group, you have a current relationship with them and even if they aren’t lifelong friends, you have more contact with them than the couples….
