So I grouped all of my guests into tables that I think the majority will like sitting at. Now when placeing each of these groups at a table…I can’t help but feel bad for the few tables that are in the back!! Now I know that there is really not a bad seat in the place b/c they all surrond the dance floor, but I am just looking at these poor corner tables, thinking I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings!!! Anyone else go through this??

I haven’t gotten there yet, but honestly, people aren’t going to care that they’re in a corner if there’s good company. Plus, it’s just to eat, then they’ll be up dancing!

I was wondering the same thing. Maybe someone can post pics to show their table layout?

We decided to put all of our friends in the “back” so they can drink/laugh/be louder and not bother the older guests. Plus, they probably are going to be on the dance floor all night so they won’t really be sitting very long anyway.

That is true – they are only sitting for the dinner, and then people are all over the place. After a few drinks, they won’t even remember where there were sitting! That is my take on it while I do my seating plan 🙂

I haven’t started my table arrangements yet but I know what you mean but honestly I recently went to a wedding and we only sat for the food. It was still beautiful and everything was perfect so I don’t think you should worry too much. People are going for your wedding not for the seating 🙂 Everyone will be up and dancing most of the time. So I totally agree with what everyone else says. It won’t even end up mattering
