I’m planning to make this

Except the vases will be mercury glass & the branches will be painted silver. Each person can put their name on a card & leave “wishes” (it’s a wishing tree) if they would like. I can’t decide what I’m going to do with the cards after, I may get a nice keepsake box to put them all in.

I’m going to make quilt blocks before the wedding that people can sign, and then after the wedding make them into a quilt.

I think I’m using this pattern, but using solids for the centers so they can be signed too. http://pinterest.com/pin/181762534930677764/

I just finished mine! It started as a thumbprint tree, but then it morphed. People can sign wherever they’d like.

I bought a blank photo album and had colored cards cut for guests to write a note.  They will affix the cards into the album with washi tape.
