I have a number of habits that I badly need to break in the next two years, the top two being:
– biting my nails – I’m better than I was, but I do tend pick up again when I’m thinking.
– picking at my face – when I get tired in particular, I tend to pick at spots on my face, which I get a few of sometimes, thanks to my rosacea. This just makes me look all blotchy.
Any tips for breaking habits? Did you guys have any habits you needed to break before the wedding? Or did you pick up any new ones?
