I am so sorry you’re so stressed out! You have a lot on your plate right now, so your feelings are certainly understandable. How old is your daughter? Maybe you should call her to let her know how much you love and miss her, if you haven’t already.

Take a bath or a nap… do something to relax.

@malouloune:  That is an aweful lot of things going on, and it is always so hard being away from the ones you love.. especially children! You have no reason to feel like a failure. I think that you are quite strong to be able to handle all of that, even with some emotional breakdowns!

@malouloune:  First off, I’m sending you hugs and I’m sorry to hear about all your stress.

Second, you are not a failure! That is a lot of stuff to deal with. Working full time or going to school full time is hard in itself and you’re doing both. On top of that your SO isn’t there to help calm and sooth your nerves. You miss your baby girl, which I can imagine is very difficult. All of this while also planning a wedding is going to cause stress for anyone. I actually think you are stronger than most for putting up with half of that!

Try to relax and breathe. Try to take a break from wedding planning for a bit. It sounds like your boss is understanding so that’s a plus! Is there any way your husband or parents can come visit anytime soon?

@malouloune:  ((Hugs))  You’re not a failure!  You’re simply exhausted and suffering from emotional anguish at being separated from your daughter.  You’re working full time with little sleep and planning a wedding at the same time – that’s a lot of stress to be dealing with.

Please try to get some rest and try to call your doctor’s office again. Tell them it’s an emergency and you’re having an anxiety attack.

Take care of yourself – I wish you all the best!

@malouloune:  I’m so sorry 🙁 You def do have a lot on your plate. Here’s a great website: anxietycoach.com. I used to have horrible anxiety and was housebound by it at times. That website belongs to the guy who wrote the book that helped me get so much better. I haven’t panicked in 2 years! The book is “Panic Attacks Workbook” by Dr. David Carbonell.

I remember you were having some posts about divorcing your FH. Is everything still okay or better?
