And not because of all the sweet V-Day things he did, though that was awesome, too.
We had just gotten done doing the deed (sorry ..TMI), and since my roommate wasn’t home, I ran to the bathroom in barely there underwear and an itty bitty tank top to clean up. Of course literally as soon as I shut the bathroom door, my roommate and her SO get home (thank God it wasn’t 5 seconds earlier!)
They were standing in the kitchen/living room talking right outside my bathroom, and I’m thinking “Oh great, I’m going to be stuck in here until they GTFO, which may take forever.” My room is too far from the bathroom, so I couldn’t call for SO to save me. So I’m standing there for a minute drumming my fingers, stranded with no pants on, wishing my roommate would leave. Then all of the sudden, the door barely cracks open, a pair of pants fly in, I hear SO giggling then the door slams shut.
In that very moment, my heart melted and I thought “Holy crap, this is so right. There is nobody more perfect for me.”

Hahaha funny story! Sometimes its just the little silly things like that making you remember how right you are for each other. Sometimes my Fiance and I just start giggling over the dumbest stuff and I am like “yeah, this is right.”

Aww that’s so sweet haha. I LOVE those moments. I had one of those today too… we’d’ planned to go on a special date to the Olive Garden tonight. We got there, and it was packed… a half hours wait to even sit down. I had a sudden thought that that’s kinda rediculous for food, went back outside where Fiance was parking the car. We ended up going to Steak n’ Shake and ended up being silly, laughing and playing this weird game we made up tonight where you take the flip cards and pretty much play like 20 questions to guess what is on the other person’s side. We were just sitting there laughing having a great time and I thought “yeah, there’s pretty much no one else for me”. It’s a great feeling 37 days away from the wedding 🙂

Yay! Love moments like that! I had one with my now Fiance when we first started dating. I ha burned my lip extremely badly and didn’t want to see home because I was embarrassed. He said “I don’t care if you pooped your pants, I just want to see you!”
I knew he was the man for me in that moment 🙂

- Wedding: September 2012 - Schloss Heiligenberg/ Spearfish Canyon Lodge
Darling Husband surprised me with milk chocolate (my fav): one fancy bar and a Hersheys bar. Just in case the fancy one wasn’t my tate. Gotta love the guy for planning for all eventualities.

Absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the story…These kinds of stories remind us of why we chose each other. We really see how they are truly our other half.
