Ugh! I dreamt that our photographer didn’t show up until halfway through the reception, and that no one showed up. I went to hunt down my friends and they all were dismissive of my concerns. These are totally real fears of mine so no wonder it manifested in a dream haha.
Have you had any wedding nightmares? 😛

somethingbee: AHHHH, sounds scary!! Especially the part about no one showing up. That WILL NOT happen on the day of 🙂
I also had my first one the other night. I dreamt that it was the day-of and I was running a couple of hours late for hair and makeup. When I showed up, everyone else’s hair and makeup was so overdone and looked terrible. Then, my mom asked me how many people were coming, and I was like, “I don’t know….only about of 50% of people have RSVP’ed, and I guess I forgot to follow up with the others… How many people should we set things up for?…And how do we do placecards if we don’t know who’s coming?! What do we tell the caterers?!!” And then I felt PANIC and woke up. I will definitely be following up on missing RSVPs once our deadline passes.
I’m sure this is just the start of many wedding nightmares for me.

I just had my first one earlier this week! I dreamt that I slep tthrough my wedding and missed it. It’s really funny because I frequently have this dream when starting a new job, when I started the job I have now I dreamt I slept through the entire first week and they rescinded their job offer. This is how I know IT’S GO TIME!!!

I had one this week where I stepped out of the reception to use the restroom and when I came back everyone was gone! I woke up really upset. Hope I don’t have anymore like that.
Ive also had a few where in the dream I realize that day was my wedding day but I was freakI got out because I didnt have anything ready yet. This was also before I got my dress altered and I was freaking out because it was still too big.

I had one recently! I dreamt that my Future Mother-In-Law kept trying to stop the wedding because my tattoos weren’t covered up and she kept telling me that she doesn’t want her son marrying someone who’s first language isn’t english (seriously though, I learnt English when I was 3: I have NO problem with it lol) idk man, it was weird

Whew, glad I’m not the only one 🙂 And not the only one to be afraid that no one will attend haha! Thankfully they’re just dreams…!
