acg90 :  I think you should get a refund. At this point, it is clear that they can’t be bothered.

If you want to work with a single complany for the stone and ring, try [email protected] or Fire&Brilliance. You can also buy your own stone and have the a custom setting made by David Klass. It might be the same or slightly more, but you won’t have any workmanship issues. If you like old cuts, LoveAffairDiamonds and [email protected] have awesome options.

acg90 :  Not sure your ending outcome here as I would have to read entire thread, but I am sure you used a credit card and have all the evidence?  If they still have your ring and no reply, your credit card will refund you, so open a case.  I would never stay with that company.  You can msg me and I can direct you to my jeweler who makes beautiful custom rings.

BalletParker :  that meme was saved to my download file on my Phone and my hubby saw it and was ‘who’s @balletparker?’

Now he often jokes at home that he’ll report my bad behaviour to balletparker! 😂

I like how MCo made someone with a traumatic brain injury question her own recollection of conversations she had with them and inaccuracies she read on their fraudulent website. 🙄🙄🙄 #classy

I wish I could say that I’m surprised. Bailey, I’m sorry he came over here to gaslight you.

acg90 :  This is fantastic news! We will help you every step of the way with your new design! What looks are you considering since you’re wanting to stay away from the design of the original ring?

SO exciting! Can’t wait to see what you end up with! 🙂
