This just blows my mind how shady the company is revealed to be. I have ordered from them in the past, and would never consider going through them again. The blatant misrepresentation of their product and their inability to own up to their glaring failures speaks volumes.

I cannot imagine purchasing, say, an anniversary band with F / SI “diamonds”, only to be told down the line after an independent examination “oh, by diamonds we mean LAB diamonds! You didn’t know that?”. Shameful behavior.

Honestly, tracking you down is a new level of messed up. What next? Will @mcmike put a horse head in your bed?

Geez….my #moissanitemafia was meant as a joke initially, but NOW it’s becoming eerily accurate.

I second the motion for a refund. It’s getting out of control, so I say cut bait!

bailey2408 :  I’m so disgusted by this guy, lecturing people on lab grown diamonds RIGHT after he modified the website to say lab grown diamonds (I still have the before-after screenshots of that as well, when it didn’t say lab grown at all)

tracking people down and messaging them

and now making you feel dumb, you didn’t remember right, and you thought it was because of your brain injury – well no, it DID SAY DIAMONDS. Everyone can google the model and view the cached version. It WAS there.

and I have no idea what they might say in those emails, but almost everyone goes silent and seems scared after them.

I would dispute the charges with my credit card and be done with them.

acg90 :   I won’t post more about what happened next with my experience because I know I’m being watched

This is so unfortunate (and crazy creepy, obv). I feel this reflects poorly on WB – we are all ‘customers’ of WB and no one should feel unsafe to share their experiences. Sorry you’re going through this OP.

jellybellynelly :  this! I feel horrible that something that is supposed to be fun has made me concerned for mine and others privacy and comfort. Makes me question whether this is a community I want to be a part of.

Does anyone else feel like MCo is gaslighting it’s own customers?

I have no dog in this race but I read through his response and found it interesting the way he deflected.
