    jerk chicken and eggplant rollatini

I think they sounds a little bit less “typical” and delicious.

Well, personally, I’d pick shrimp scampi, but I think you should have a veggie option, so either the ravioli or the rollatini.

Do you have a vegetarian option in addition to the 4 other choices?

Love the idea of Sole stuffed with seafood newburg.

I’d also go with chicken over duck (in case you have non-beef and non-seafood eaters).

Chicken Francaise for no other reason other than that is sounds fancy and would look good written on a menu card with that little accent thing under the C! Glad to hear you had an awesome tasting! My venue doesn’t provide free tastings (something about how the quality of cooking for 200 can not be judged by a meal for 2), but we did get a free brunch buffet. And they are charging me $150 cause I still want a tasting

Edit: Sorry, I think you should listen to the smarter PPs above me and go with a vegetarian option. I’m such a meat and potatoes kinda girl that sometimes I forget some humans are herbivores.

    Chicken with mango and pineapple

    Vegetable Ravioli

Countless people will not touch anything with eggplant. Also, since you’re having tuna, don’t serve a second seafood option.

All of the chicken sound good- I think you definitely need a pure vegitarian dish so I voted for vegetable ravioli. I don’t think you should have the tuna and another seafood entree.

If you have any vegetarian guests, they will thank you for choosing one of the veggie options over fish.

I didn’t notice that the mango pineapple chicken was jerk chicken. If that is the case, make sure it isn’t too spicy since alot of people can’t handle spice at all while others love it. Can you have it prepared mild with the option to add extra spice as people want themselves?

Just echoing others that fish/seafood is not vegetarian!  I would be a very unhappy guest if there was nothing animal-free on the menu.

Also, I agree with what the other pp said about eggplant but eggplant rollatini sounds delish and definitely more exciting than most veg options!
