So I had my hair and makeup trial for my wedding on Saturday… yeh, I know cutting it close right. Anyway, I really love what she did, especially with my hair. For the day of, it will be a little more secure and have a lot more hairspray so hopefully there won’t be the flyaways that are in some of these pictures that were taken a few hours later. As for the makeup, we will probably be adding more blush since it kind of disappeared. Any other sugguestons?
And for reference, these were my inspiration pics…
And one last picture, with it all put together, sorry for the terrible mirror picture hah.

Pretty. I like your headband! I think adding blush is a good idea. Will you be wearing gloss on your lips? I think that will give you the something extra 🙂

It’s really hard to see in the pics because it was so bright out but I am wearing some gloss. I think we are going to go for something a little more pink though day of.

Looks pretty! I might emphasize your eyes a little more as well. You have to amp it up a tad so it shows up in photos.

I like it! I agree with @moonadea. It needs to be just a touch more intense. A little more eye makeup, more blush, and a little brighter on the lip gloss. It’ll show up better in pictures that way, but it won’t be so much that you look super made-up. 🙂
I *love* your hair!

Have you tried a cream or liquid blush? I just discovered Almay’s Smartshade blush and it lasts all day. It’s a liquid. You could also put a little powder blush over it while it is still damp for extra staying power!

@abrila: Oh I love it! Very pretty style, and the whole thing togeth is gorgeous! I adore your dress! Who is it by?

@moonadea: Yeh, we’re definitely going to go darker day of, it looked really good in person, but you’re right about photos.
@sweetpea87: Thanks, and yes we’ll be going darker based on what it looked like in pictures.
@Kenic315: Thanks for the suggestion, I will definitely look into it.
@sarahbabs: The dress is from David’s Bridal. It’s this dress http://www.davidsbridal.com/Product_Chiffon-Gown-with-Ruched-Bodice-and-Beaded-Straps-WG3261 in ivory.

very natural looking, I think you look beautiful!

I love your overall look! I see the need for a bit more hairspray, but that’s typical of hair trials 🙂 And I agree with PP – I think a touch more blush and lip gloss would do the trick… You really look natural and beautiful 🙂 And I love that headband!

Thanks everyone, I love the headband too and it was a total steal. I had been looking online for one everywhere but they all cost well over $50 which I thought was absurd. So while I was getting some new makeup at Ulta, I just happened to find this one for $20 and snatched it up. I actually just found it online: http://www.ulta.com/ulta/browse/productDetail.jsp?productId=xlsImpprod4141477′ defer=’defer. I thought the elastic part might be a problem but my stylist actually really like it because she said some hard headbands won’t stay flat against your head and can look funny but this one definitely does and secured with bobby pins, it wasn’t going anywhere.
