Try http://www.shellysheek.com.  I ordered my hair flower from here for $24 (including tax and shipping).  It is actually very good quality and you can choose which type of backing you want.  I went witht this one and love it!

I just got a custom piece from this seller since I wanted a black accent and she only charged me $30! She was so sweet and easy to deal with. I literally got my piece in the mail after a week!! Completely handmade with a vintage brooch in the middle for my "something old"

Here it is… I can’t wait to wear it!

Oh and I ended up getting all my bridesmaids stuff too which she gave me a bulk deal for. Perfect for bridesmaid gifts!

I bought a hair flower from smitten on Etsy: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5592962

I loved how simple and elegant it was and she happended to be having a sale the day I bought it! The regular prices are still very reasonable
