You might want to consider putting your hair up partially.  Since you hair is so long, you will still have a lot of length and won’t need rollers for the entire length of your hair.  I did that with my hair (mine isn’t as long as yours) but it worked really well.  With long hair, you have to worry about the weight pulling out the curls, which will happen if you have curls down to your pants.

curl and pin your hair into pin rolls the night before!if you dont mind wandering around the venue with pinned up hair until its time to hit the big show.

try it ahead of time see if it works for the length of your hair.

pin curls or a wet set with foam rollers would work the best.  But be sure to practice quite a bit to get the look you want, and to make sure you have enough time to let it dry.

My hair is super hard to curl so if I want the curls to stay I need to use foam rollers, but it takes FOREVER for it to dry.  Good Luck!

If you blow dry your hair so it’s just BARELY damp the night before (you don’t want it still wet in the end), then roll it in large velcro rollers (they sell them at Sally’s) that should work, but you might have to sleep on your face! Uncomfortable, but it should give you the wavy texture you’re looking for. Give yourself a trial run or two though so you can see just how damp your hair should be before you roll. The rollers come in so many different sizes, too, so you might want to get a few different ones to try it out first.

I didn’t do my own hair because I’m not good at it!  Here is my hair.  It is a few inches below the back of my bra, not at long as yours though!
