Sorry about the ENORMOUS pics!
Okay, I don’t wear make-up normally and my hair is either straight or in a bun at all times so I need help looking girly and glamorous on my wedding day. I promise not to take offense if you don’t like something (or anything for that matter) but please give some constructive feedback!
Note: I included a pic of my veil. In the pic of the back of my hair, that long piece will be secured around the edge but is loose so that we can use it to hide any problems created by removing the veil after the ceremony.

Hi! First and foremost, you look great! You’re adorable 🙂 I do think that your eyes naturally slant downward and putting liner or dark mascara on your bottom lash line drags them down further. I think that eyes like yours look best with liner only on the top lash line and minimal to no mascara on the bottom. Also(if it doesn’t scare you too much) I might even try lightly winged liner to draw your eyes upward. Anyway, it’s just my opinion and no matter what you do, you’ll look amazing 🙂

For your updo, I like the main design going on, but don’t like the really loose, almost straight pieces. It looks a little unfinished/unprofessional.
I like the updo from the front with the little wispy pieces, I’d just make those long straight pieces more curled and aligned with the rest of the style.

You look beautiful. The green in your eyes really pops with the makeup!

I love the updo: it’s beautiful, and perfect if you say you wear your hair up in a bun regularly, so it’s an enhanced version of you.
The eyeshadow is lovely, the hint of green brings out your clear green eyes without being overwhelming. I agree with jayebaby, that leaving off eyeliner and going very light on mascara.
FH suggests (he is now reading this over my shoulder), since you’re not a makeup- every-day girl, leave off the lipstick and go with just a clear gloss. Your teeth are white and your lips are “just fine the way they are”, so let the eyes do the talking, you’ll look more like “you” that way. He says your groom will appreciate.

I agree with the others about the lower lid eyeliner being a bit much, but I also think the eyeshadow is actually too cool for your skin tone. I would ask for a more neutral shimmer over your brow bone instead of the silvery colour, and I think some warm plum tones would look stunning on you as the main shadow colour.

I really like the makeup. I agree with the previous post, the straight piece down the back looks sort of our of place, like it fell out of the style and needs to be pinned back in.

Ok…Since you said quote “I promise not to take offense if you don’t like something (or anything for that matter) but please give some constructive feedback!”
I like the make up ok but I really dislike the hair. I would get a diff hair stylist if that is the best she can do. It too loose and un finished. You are very pretty and I think more can be done.

LOVE you eyes. I think your make up looks awesome! I agree that your hair looks unfinished though.

Yeah, I’m meh on the hair, love the makeup! It really makes your gorgeous eyes stand out.

I really like your makeup, but I think that your updo looks too loose. I would be worried about it all falling out really quickly

Thanks everyone for the responses! Yes the loose straight peices were not pinned in place so that we could pin them after we remove the heavy veil and use them to cover up any mess we created when removing the veil.
@banana_anna: it actually did fall out pretty quickly and I told her before I left that I did want it tighter and a little less messy.
@Ivorybuttons: Funnily enough that is just a gloss. Slightly tinted but not a lip stick.
Yeah I agree about the bottom eyeliner. I will leave it off and if I do another trial with more neutral tones for eye shadow, I might try the cat eye. 🙂
Really thank you all SO much for the advice!

I agree with the eyeliner comments, and also–are you wearing lashes? I’d add a few flares to your top lashes to make your eyes pop just a bit more, especially for your photos. Love the gloss and I think the hair will look great just a bit tighter as you said you’ll have her do.

I think it looks gorgeous! And I agree with the most part with PP, especially about a more neutral shade on the brow bone rather than the silver. But I don’t really see anything wrong with the bottom eyeliner, I wouldn’t leave it off (I think eyes look unfinished without it) but I would maybe do it a bit lighter.
But I LOVE the color of your lips, and would not change that at all! It looks natural, but is still dark enough to show in photos. I might ask for a smidge more blush though, but that is it!I think blush does a lot in pictures.
