So, my wedding is a bit of time from now, but I really want extensions for my wedding.
I’m not too concerned about the price, or anything.
What I’m really worried about is getting clip ins, going dancing, and then they fall out!!!
Would sewn in ones be better, tape, glue? I have fine hair.
Please and thank you!!

don’t use glue ones for the simple reason glue will damage your own hair.
Depending on how long you want them in will depend on your options. Clips in’s if put in properly shouldn’t fall out and look great if you just want them for the big day.
If your looking for a more perminate option then try looking for micro ring/Bead extensions they are individual strands and are put in using a little bead no heat or glue are used so they are the most hair friendly ones and they look really natural.
my only other advise is cheap hair isn’t nice and nice hair isn’t cheap. 🙂

What about the halo extensions, are those any good?

I had clip-ins and have fine hair, and they didn’t budge all night. As long as you get someone who knows what they are doing to put them in, I am sure clip-ins would be fine.

I would use clip ins I’ve never had one fall out on me. before you put them in tease the spot where the clip is Going.

I have very fine hair and use clip ins. You just need to tease your roots a bit where you’re going to clip them on. I’ve never had a problem with them falling out or anything, even when dancing all night. I really like the Hello Gorgeous brand.

depends what your after…
I have super fine hair – glue was too damaging & micro beads would slip out. So I have 3 rows of a weave sewn in & for the day it was great. And the honeymoon too cause I had great tousled waves the whole time.
Im a sporty girl, so when I was back & gyming ect it was too much to maintain all the time but loved them for my wedding 🙂

My hairstylist used clip-ins in my hair and they didn’t get loose or move at all and I have really FINE lifeless hair. It’s like all the bees have said. If you use somebody who knows what they are doing those puppies won’t budge!!! Also, it adds length and volume to your hair too. Nobody knew I was even wearing clip-in extensions. I LOVED mine and didn’t wanna take them out. Here’s a pic of what my hair looked like. Good Luck.

I have fine hair and had Great Lengths put in (keratin fusion)! They last 3-6months depending on how well you take care of them.. I love them!

Don’t do the glue-in. That will damage your hair! Sewn-in would be good if you want them to last a while and they look the best. You can do the clips. Never had those fall out, just make sure to secure properly – I think those would be your best bet.

I wear clip-ins and they never fall out. Just make sure your stylist backcombs (teases) your hair at the roots so the clip grips nicely, like PPs said. Also, it’s worth it to spend a little more on high quality extensions–I pay about $250 every 6 months or so for mine. Clip-ins are so much better for your natural hair than the other methods.

I wouldn’t do any of the “permanent” options (keratin fusion, microlinks/shrinktubes, sewn in wefts, tape wefts, etc) unless you’re ready to commit to the upkeep required with such methods. I have worn every kind of hair extensions (except for the link wefts but I figured if the microlinks were damaging then this method probably was too). They all damage your hair (It took me over a year to rehabilitate my hair after I stopped wearing them). I would just go with clip-ins. They’re easy to put in (you can ask a stylist or simply YouTube how to put them in) and are the least damaging, especially for fine hair.

Definitely stick with clip ins. Have you hair stylists put them in- they will stay in all night. Other kinds of extensions are bad for your hair.

Definitely don’t glue them in and if you’re not looking for a long term solution, don’t bother with the others. I have SUPER fine hair and I wear clip in every single day. I have never had an issue with them falling out.

I used clip ins and had no issues at all, just make sure you/your hair stylist teases your hair where the clip gets secured and it will stay put. I have very straight hair and usqually things slip out quite easily, but the clip in hair extensions did not budge all day/night (I used Bellami).
