BeeDD :  I’ve only had hair extensions that were sewn in.  If they are sewn in I know that your hair can be pulled. I’m not to sure about beign taped in. Can you have them sewn in?

I don’t think I’d risk it. You could definitely ask your hair dresser how sensitive the extensions are, like “How careful do I need to be? Will they come out if I’m too rough blow drying my hair or pulling out a hair tie?”

They last a few months, right? Maybe you and your SO can experiment with something else in the place of hair pulling when they’re in.

I have fusion extensions, not tape ins, but hair pulling will be a no no. If you ask your stylist about extensions, she should tell you right away the types of things you can and can’t do, how intensive upkeep is, etc.
