Ok, bees. You were SO helpful yesterday at talking me into considering a floral crown, which are gorgeous, since I’m having a super romantic wedding. (I still included the more romantic and the more classic options for opinions). Now I need to decide if I want it up or down… The choices a bride needs to make, seriously. I haven’t been able to decide. I prefer myself with my hair down and my bangs since I have a round face. The problem is my dress, it’s huge. I don’t want to seem like I am over powering it. This is my blush dress. I’m not having the big bow on the back and the front of my dress looks like a corset.
This is my hair…
These are the general styles I am debating between. My floral crown will be very dainty and match my bouquet, if I wear one.

The first style is definitely my favorite!

I say none of the above and go half up, half down. That way you still have curls resting on your shoulders and you can do the 1/2 of the updo from #1 to incorporate the flowers into a partial updo. All options are beautiful so it was hard to pick, but personally I would either do all down or 1/2 down for myself 🙂

I say the first look. I really dislike the high updo.

I think your hair looks amazing down – so the third photo with a less crazy floral crown and less crazy curls would be my suggestion.
I do like the first option too.
I feel like with a big dress soft curls with your hair down would look really good.

I really like the first option, and number 4 would be my second favorite!

Love the first look!
I’m not a fan of the high updo, seems a bit too trendy right now (reminds me of the sock bun which might not be a timeless look later on).

@HoneyBee22: I like the first photo. The one with the huge floral crown looks really awkward.

I love the first one. It’s very romantic looking.

Yeah, I don’t like the giant floral crowns. I would do a dainty one like the 1st pic, if I did one.

The reason I choose a top knot for running was because it was orginally popular in the 50’s (it obviously has been modernized) and the 50’s is sort of my theme and I don’t care for the other hair styles of the period.

I like the first one, but I think I’m just biased because it reminds me so much of my own. <3

I LOVE the first and 3rd one…especially if you’re going for a smaller crown! Love your hair, it’s so pretty!
