I finally bought my gown today!
It’s an Alfred Angelo 1609
So now that I have my dress, I need to think about hair and jewelery.
I am thinking of maybe wearing a pearl necklace and earrings, do you think that will look good?
Also, here are some hair inspiration:
So my wedding is going to be at the National Park, it might be windy, so I am not sure if the down romantic look would work or not yet.
A romantic, curly look:
Or a low chignon look:
I’m also not sure if I want a veil or something simple like flowers in my hair yet. Any opinions?

First of all, congrats! That dress is beautiful, and it looks so great on you!
I think a pearl necklace and earrings would look pretty. You could even get away without the necklace, since the top of the dress is so nicely adorned.
I love the look of the flowers in the chignons. I have a veil, though I’m still trying to figure out how I want it in my hair!

Very pretty dress! You look stunning.
I like the low chignon look. Since the dress already has a lot of nice details, I’d say go easy on accessories – like a simple veil or maybe one or two small flowers in your hair.

hi date twin!
agree w/ jduck84, the simpler the better since the dress has lots of attention grabbers 🙂
nice collection of hair pix!

I think if you usually wear your hair up you should do the chignon and if you usually wear it down do the curls mostly down. Also work with what you have. If your hair doesn’t hold a curl well and it will be humid, wear it in a chignon. Don’t worry about the wind though, just tell your stylist if you think it will be windy so they can ensure that it’s not going anywhere. You have great options!
As far as jewelry just make sure the necklace is a good length. You look awesome in the dress!!!

I like the hair down, imo! I wore mine down so I guess I’m biased but the fact that your dress is strapless, it would look better. Gorgeous unique dress!

Love the dress!
I am a fan of the soft romantic curls, myself!

Beautiful dress! I think that if you are worried about wind, definitely do an updo with lots of pins and hairspray. Hopefully you have a stylist you trust! She should be able to pull off something that looks great on you no matter which style you choose!

I love the dress and the flowing curls (maybe because that was my style too?). I think a veil would look great for the ceremony and then you can have a flower or jewel for the reception.
My hair was down and the wind was whipping it around but the hairspray and everything kept it looking nice for the ceremony.
