As far as I’m aware, that’s what you should expect! As far as the make-up goes, I know that some Bees have someone re-apply thir eye make-up after pics, just before the reception!

My hair stylist told me that she does hair more loosely during the trial so we could take it down and try different styles if we needed to. She said that there would be much more hairspray and Bobby pins the day of to keep everything in place. Maybe yours was the same? I would tell him/her that it started falling down and that it is a concern of yours. It may be a quick fix

Oh and my makeup and lashes stayed on from my trial at 3:00 until I went to bed at 11:00. If they are using the right stuff and applying it correcting it shouldn’t really come off. Did they use holding spray (forget what its called) or Anything on your face after she was finished applying it?

Yes on the day of she will do your hair more tightly and let the curls set longer. Lipstick will wear off regardless however the eyelashes should not fall off nor should your make up need reapplication ??? Discuss these issues before your day and even ask for another trial if you are very concerned

I am not up to this point yet BUT I wouldn’t be happy if my hair became loose or my makeup wore off.Especially concerned about the lashes which should stay on!

@infinity092813:  Personally I would. You are paying for a service and you need to politely express your concerns. Especially question the glue used for the lashes and ask if your hair would be more secure on the day.

If you liked how it turned out but just didn’t like that it didn’t hold then I would call the original make up artist to explain your concerns and see if she will give you another trial. Let her know its obviously a very important day and you need to feel you can trust her services to make your look stay all day. Ask for a second trial and confirm there is no cost, if she is not willing to relieve your concerns by providing this then let her know you will have to look for someone new who can give you the assurance for your wedding day. If you go with someone new for another trial there will most likely be A cost for it.
