I had my hair trial for my engagement pics, killing two birds with one stone. It did not turn out like I wanted it, and now I am really doubting have it like that 🙁 or changin hairstylist. ughhh here are pics. Anybody had trouble with hairstylist? I am really thinking of doing a loose updo now. Kinda like these other. The third pic is my hair and the last one the inspiration

I love the top one and the last one.

Do you have a front view/closer view of your hair accessory? Looks too big from this angle, but I wanna refrain from passing judgement on it until I see the whole thing…cause I love me some feathers :):)
Now…onto your hair…you have beautiful hair/length that would be amazing with your inspiration pic. Maybe find someone that will add more product that will increase hold but not stiffness. Its just the braid that looks like it is really lose..the rest looks healthy and bouncy.

I actually think it looks nice. The second picture (I can’t tell is that’s you?) is stunning! I don’t like the second style all that much. I think it suits lighter hair colour. I don’t think it looks bad AT ALL, but certainly keep trying until someone gets it right. It’s your big day- you want to feel beautiful!

I think your hair looks fine, though to be totally honest, not great. From what I can tell without a front view, it looks a bit messy/not polished enough. I love the loose curl look, but the nature of the curls done on your hair and the braid look too…undone, like it’s at the end of the night and everything’s gotten a little sloppy. I wouldn’t be 100% happy, either.
I love the top two pictures, but that’s also my personal taste. I plan on doing something very similar for my hair! I think you should definitely have another trial if you’re not confident that your hair will turn out right the day of the wedding.

I am guessing the third pic is you??
I like the updos, but I would go with a different stylist.

I really like the first pic. That hair style just looks so whimsical to me.
You’re hair doesn’t look bad at all. I do agree it should look more polished, the braid looks a little too loose. I think once you fix that you will love the look.

I REALLY like the first one… Even though I’m looking at your face in that one, it doesn’t look like you like it haha. But its very pretty.
Do what YOU love because you don’t wanna feel self consciense or be looking at the photos with regret:)

If it makes you feel any better, my hair trial was an “epic fail” too and I was considering going with another stylist, but in the end, when it *really mattered* she came thru on my wedding day and my hair looked fabulous.
That’s the whole point of trials, to trial and error potential do’s. I wouldn’t stress out just yet. At least you’re able to narrow down what works and what doesn’t. If your braid was tighter and the curls more polished and curlier, your hair would look wedding-day perfect.

This is not an experienced stylist, IMO. I would find another.
Dont forget, your hair is thick and will need to be smoothed out and a little more sleek to pull off these looks. A great stylist will know this and accomplish it without issue.

I agree with other poster that you should find another stylist.
I do think the first picture is gorgeous!

This is the front 🙂 I agree, the back does look messy and i think she did the braid too big, too loose. She did put a lot of product on my hair too! it felt really stiff. I just want to love my hair of course, because it does make you feel self concious if you don’t love it. Thanks for the feedback girls. I am also attaching a pic of the hair piece since somebody wanted to see it
