Something that looks less slicked back at the front, but more polished at the back. You can still do curls, one of my hair trials was a bunch of pin curls at the back, and it looked great, just wasn’t my style. I wish I had a picture but something like that could work for you.

I’ve mentioned that the curls are going to be more uniformed and the front will not be slicked down like that (there was a lot of hair spray on my bangs because they were originally pinned back). You guys are sending similar styles.. so will the one i have look better with some refinement?

MemberI think it’s pretty plain in the front, the back looks good but not that good for your big day! I know he can do better! Try something a little more elaborated like the pics up here (:

MemberI love your hair color! Not so much this style on you, I agree that the stylist looks kinda lazy. A trial should be fantastic to give you confidence on your wedding day. Maybe look for a new stylist that will put a bit more effort into “finishing” the look. Also the front does look a bit odd to me to!
MemberI agree with the above posts that A) your hair color is stunning!! and B) I think your stylist can do better. Here is a pic of an updo that I think is just lovely.
