I love the first one. LOVE. I think you’re going to be hot, and a down style will be hard to maintain – when it’s up you can hairspray and pin the hell out of it and it will stay all day. I have a feeling your waves will wilt in June outdoors.
I had 2 trials as well – I did a half-up/half-down in April and thought I loved it. Then June came along and I was like “what was I thinking – that’s going to be hot as hell!” So I had another trial and ended up wearing it almost exactly like your first pic. Our wedding was July 9 and I was VERY thankful to have my hair off my neck.

I love, love, love the second style. It looks so pretty, soft, and romantic.

That second style is incredible!!! I love it as is! But the bees always know best so perhaps tweaking the braid & pouff as was suggested would be best!!! But I love Love LOVE it as pictured! Happy wedding day!

Both look beautiful!! Dies your hair hold a curl all day without a problem ? Because in the second one the curls are so soft they may fall out within a couple hours?

haha it’s funny, I am like the opposite! I was set on it being up because of the time of year, weather, and I loved the style. However, on me it didn’t wow me like I thought. I mean I could do a different kind of updo, but…the 2nd style I only considered because I knew Fiance would like it better and I fell in in love with it! At this point, we’ve done two trials one up and one down so day of we can see which works better depending on the weather. But I really like the 2nd 🙂
Good point! I wanted loose waves so she didn’t curl it as tight. However, she will spray it down the day of and said she’ll probably curl it more because it will fall a bit. My hair holds curl well and honestly I wouldn’t mind it falling and being more wavy as opposed to curly.

I love the first one, it’s romantic and sophisticated. I do like the second hairdo as well but I feel the first one is very elegant and, considering the hot June weather, I’d definitely go for that one if I were you.
