I would love your advice again – I can only get my hair done once and I need to make it work for an Indian ceremony (with sari and head piece – please see below) and for a dress for the reception –
Due to the headpiece, the center parting would work the best but this is not best suited/very common for western hairdos. I have slightly longer than shoulder length curly hair but it is easy to straighten and make in to manageable big curls/waves/ringlets.
So the options are –
1. go with a center parting hairstyle and stick to it when I change in to the dress (hopefully removing the jewelry won’t mess it up)
perhaps – something like the below or a half updo
2. keep a side parting hairstyle for the indian headpiece as well – like:
3. try to convince a hairdresser to come back after the Indian ceremony and as I change in to the dress to flip my hair to the side and just “touch up” the hairstyle – is this even easily possible in 15-30 min?
Of course, then there is the question of makeup that will work for a colorful sari and a simple white dress – but I will worry about that next!!!
Thanks for voting, bees!!
