(Closed) Hair/Makeup Trial ?

So I’m pretty sure I want to use a specific makeup artist and I want to put my deposit down to save the date, but I want to have my makeup trial with her before I do so. So my dilema is the wedding isn’t until 8/28/10 and it seems too soon to have the trial, but if I wait she might become booked. What do you think I should do? How far in advance was your hair and makeup trial?

I’m puttting a deposit down with the gal I want to do my hair on Friday.  I won’t be doing a trial for several more months, but I’ve seen a LOT of her work and I am very confident that she’ll make me look fabulous.

I’m not sure about make up, that’s one think I’d like to do a trial for before I put the money down.

How much does a trial cost with the MUA that you have in mind?  If it isn’t too expensive, maybe just go for it now so you can whether you like her work or not.
