I am so sorry for your experience! No one, even giving freebies, should the stylist be this rude. There can be a million and one reasons why this stylist was rude, but she should not be with customers. Customers in any situation are number one. From what I gather you where NOT unreasonable.
1. Ask to speak to the salon manager
2. Explain in detail what you wanted and what the stylist said and did
3. If you are not satisfied after speaking to the manager, call upon the owner.
They should know how stressful this is for you brides, and they should not intimidate and be rude, and that is what she was!
