Hairy arms trouble.

I used to shave my arms, starting when I was a teenager. With time, the hair seemed to thin out, so I only had to shave it every few weeks.

It is hardly noticeable now that I am older. The old stuff about never shaving your arms is horseshit.

JosieeBee :  Never shave your arms ever!! It willk grow back so much thicker and you will regret it. I would use nair sensitive formula or Veet it never disappoints. I occasionally wax my arms and it last for a good month and a half until i need to redo them again.. It’s not complete B#%%$HIT shaving is the absolute worst because when the hair grows back it feels like its stabbing you!

I have a couple friends with thick dark hair who found a laser hair removal deal on Groupon and were sooo happy with the results. It really just thins out hair rather than eliminating it entirely, so it is great for an area like your arms where you don’t need to be completely hairless.

JosieeBee :  I started shaving mine recently. I’m so happy with how they look now. I only shave them maybe 2x a week which is very doable for me. Worth it to me!

PCOS here too!

I shave quickly when I feel like it,
BUT have had laser everywhere else and it’s amazing, once I can afford I will be getting it eyebrows down!!

Waxing makes me break out so no to that, Nair hair removal is great, BUT i found my skin too sensitive. But haven’t tried new formulas.

JosieeBee :

Wax. I’ve done it for years , I used to go to a salon but do it myself now with those pre waxed   strips , it takes seconds,  lasts ages and the hair is  definitely thinner than it was . Does hurt a bit , but  hey ….

Never shave your arms ever!! It willk grow back so much thickerThis is completely untrue you know , one of those myths  that  persist . Yes, the  hair feels sharper  but that is merely because the ends are cut flat..

Shaving will not affect the hair follicles at all, if it did, all men would have faces like shaved bears.

Everyone I know who shaves says they can never stop. You could try using nair but test it out first. What about laser hair removal? You can also try waxing or sugaring.

I shaved my arms before… I just think it’s dumb to do honestly.  I am also concerned about my hairy arms, cayse even though the hair is light it just sticks up all over the place!  It doesn’t lay nice and flat like everyone else’s seems to.  I might try nair like everyone is saying.  My dress has 3/4 sleeves so I guess I’d only have to get rid of the hair on my forearms, haha

I shave my arms all the time. Haha I’m very Italian which means I have DARK arm hair. But it never really bothered me until I got a lot of tattoos. Now I shave them just because I think it makes my tattoos look better. tongue-out It’s super quick in the shower to shave them, and then lotion them after. So smooth and silky! lol
