And here is our little angel, Aila Marie, 9 oz at her 19 week ultrasound. Look at that little pout! Oh my goodness. <3
She gave us a peace sign and then waved. Totally takes after her parents. 😛
Also, I need help!
I am the world’s biggest worry wart. Everything always has to be clean and organized and I’m constantly making lists and I LIVE by my planner. I’m not kidding. I don’t relax well. At all. And it’s only getting worse. Now not only do I worry about what needs to be finished at work, and some chores I need to get done, and finishing the nursery, but I’ve started thinking about everything that can go wrong with my pregnancy. I’m seriously just a ball of angry/weepy nerves half the time. And the rest of the time I’m overly excited and happy, running around the house getting shit done like I’m on something. I’m pretty sure I’m scaring my poor Darling Husband.
How do you guys manage your stress and get out of your own head? I workout every other day, so I always feel pretty good after that, but before I go to the gym, and the days I don’t work out, I’m just exhausting myself from the needless worry. Ugh. Help me. I’m sick of acting like a crazy person. -___-
