It looks clean to me lol.

I actually mix dish soap warm water and a little windex and let the ring soak then scrub a little.

You can always take it to a jewelry store for a proper steam clean.

Soaked it with  hot water dishwashing soap for an hour and brush it with baby toothbrush but it’s still there

What is “it” ? Dirt? Are you drying it properly? Waterspots can cause it to look dirty. You can also try an ultrasonic, but it can loosen the pave.

kmts111 :  when cleaning around stones with a toothbrush do not scrub, but instead kind of tap. The scrubbing action is what could possibly cause loosening from the toothbrush bristles getting hooked and tugging on the prongs. Also the tapping motion is what will get into the tiny crevices.

I’m kind of wondering what on earth you are doing with your hands OP, that warrants 10 scrubbing washes in 2 months leaving your rings still full of dirt …….

Are you perhaps just seeing dark space ?

Mix 50% ammonia and 50% hot water in a small bowl, just enough to cover the ring. Soak the ring in it for 10 – 15 minutes, then briefly rinse the ring and lightly scrub with a soft toothbrush. Rinse again, then wipe dry with one of those eyeglass cloths.

The ammonia cuts through grease/lotion like magic, and will not hurt your stones or the metal. I do this all the time and the safety of this method was confirmed by my jeweler.

I had a similar problem, my ring looked yellow and cloudy, I thought I had a bad quality diamond, it was just super dirty. I find handwash clogs up my ring. My handwash at work is green and was sending my ring yellow.

Now I used a little bit of dish soap and hot water. Clean with a toothbrush. Then use a diamond dazzle stick and wash that off with boiling water. Then I use a hair dryer to dry it. Come up super sparkly.

I use the diamond dazzle stick every morning and do the routine I mentioned above once a week.
