Hey guys,
I know many of us are fans of halos but I feel like admist all the lovely halo rings I’ve seen on here, there are very few with plain shanks. I think halos stand out even more against a plain simple background. Blondemotives’ beautiful asscher srpings to mind:

So Bees, post your plain-shanked halos please. Thank you!!! π

Love both of those, really. Yes I am biased a bit to plain bands. So, gorgeous rings you guys.
It’s so difficult a call because I’ve seen diamonds in the shank/band look so fluid to the center/halo that it is pure gorgeousness also.

@sweetpotata: I like them because it really highlights the centre stone. Generally (not always though), I find that diamonds on the band just competes with the centre and it all looks like one mass of shiny. Not a bad thing but you know what I mean. π Plus, halos with plain bands are pretty unusual and I like that.
@kryssbride: That is gorgeous. Very classic. Is that a grey diamond?

Here is my beauty! The plain shank is why I like this ring. There is something about it that just makes it feel classy and elegant

@kryssbride: your ring is amazing! I love it with the plain shank, it really makes your center the focus, and I love that it tapers. Sooo pretty!!
Wow!! Such amazing rings here, ladies!!
I’m trying to choose a RHR, one option if a black diamond in a white diamond halo with a plain shank.
this is the ring I am considering
