(Closed) Hand delivering invites

I’m hand delivering all my local invites and i think people really appreciate it… its a bit of a pain for me to catch everybody while they are home though… for us it also helps too because we are haveing a destination wedding and delivering intives face to face allows us to answer any questions our friends and family may have

It’s a cool idea if you can, but logistically it doesn’t work for us. Most of our guest list is between a six hour drive to a three hour time distance away from us.

I think people will even appreciate it if you just drop it into your mailbox, they will see it’s not been postal stamped and hand delivered, I think the effort counts. If you meet them at the same time, it’s a bonus 🙂

I’m hand delivering the ones we can, but some (see other coast) have to be mailed! I think it is a nice, personal touch.

@RizNat: I’m totally doing this for about 90% of my invites.  I handed out most of my STD’s too.
